What is a maintenance contract?
That’s when we come to your house on a regular basis: monthly, every other month, quarterly or just during the summer months. Maintenance customers have a regular service day, on that day we take care of any existing problems and treat the kitchens, bathrooms, laundry room, basement, garage and the outside foundation (weather permitting) including any decks, porches and entries. Visits between regular service days are provided at no extra charge.

All these pests, and more, are covered under a maintenance contract. Pests not included in the service contract are available, as needed, at a substantial discount to our contract customers.
Often customers start a contract because they have a pest problem and want to make sure it doesn’t re-occur or they know particular problems (like bees or ants) are a regular problem. Even in situations where we don’t apply chemicals every time we come to the house, regular visual inspections can catch a pest before it does become a problem.
In the long run a flat yearly rate will often save money as opposed to buying “a la cart”. The Bug Runner allows payment in monthly installments, offers pre-pay discounts and accepts payment with all the major credit cards. Another CONTRACT BENEFIT is an annual FREE VISUAL TERMITE INSPECTION.
