Since 1968 we’ve serviced thousands of commercial and residential customers throughout New York and New Jersey. Many have been using our service for years and their referrals have been our main source of growth.

Businesses take service contracts for a variety of reasons. Some are required by law to do so, some deal with ongoing problems and others want preventative measures.

Because of the individual nature of commercial accounts, there is not a “one size fits all” contract. Each of our commercial services is tailored to the needs of your specific business.

Apartment complexes, Restaurants, Office buildings, Schools, Houses of Worship, Food Processing plants and Bakeries, Government buildings and other Institutions all have different requirements.

We work with your management to design a program that will cover the known problems and have the flexibility to accommodate changing needs as they arise.

What is a maintenance contract?

That’s when we come to your house on a regular basis: monthly, every other month, quarterly or just during the summer months. Maintenance customers have a regular service day, on that day we take care of any existing problems and treat the kitchens, bathrooms, laundry room, basement, garage and the outside foundation (weather permitting) including any decks, porches and entries. Visits between regular service days are provided at no extra charge.

If you have a problem with ants, mice, rats, hornets, wasps or bees, CALL US.

All these pests, and more, are covered under a maintenance contract. Pests not included in the service contract are available, as needed, at a substantial discount to our contract customers.

Often customers start a contract because they have a pest problem and want to make sure it doesn’t re-occur or they know particular problems (like bees or ants) are a regular problem. Even in situations where we don’t apply chemicals every time we come to the house, regular visual inspections can catch a pest before it does become a problem.

In the long run a flat yearly rate will often save money as opposed to buying “a la cart”. The Bug Runner allows payment in monthly installments, offers pre-pay discounts and accepts payment with all the major credit cards. Another CONTRACT BENEFIT is an annual FREE VISUAL TERMITE INSPECTION.

What is a service contract?

With a contract, The Bug Runner arranges a schedule and a set fee structure for regular maintenance where we diagnose and treat for pest problems as they arise in businesses and homes.

Non-Contract services

You don’t have to have a contract for the Bug Runner to help solve pest problems in businesses and homes.

We have been providing service for contract and non-contract customers for many years. Pest control services are also available as needed, to treat for a wasp nest, carpenter ants or other pests. Prices are based on the particular pest, the severity of the problem and accessibility. Warranties are available for most work, ranging from 30 days to a year.
